01 / Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the SS ARENA website, downloading the application, or registering an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

02 / Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to enter paid tournaments
• Users under 18 may participate only with verifiable parental or guardian consent
• You must provide accurate registration information and maintain it up to date
• The platform is available in jurisdictions where online skill-based gaming for cash is lawful

03 / User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity performed under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Accounts are personal and non-transferable, and may not be sold, lent, or shared.

04 / Tournament Participation

Tournaments are hosted for Solo, Duo, Squad, Clash Squad, and Lone Wolf modes. Entry opens at the scheduled time and players must join before the match locks. Match results are recorded automatically; disputes must be reported within 24 hours of match completion with supporting evidence.

05 / Fair Play Policy

• Teaming with opponents in solo matches is strictly forbidden
• Deliberately losing, win-trading, or match-fixing is prohibited
• Boosting or account sharing to gain unfair advantage is prohibited
• All participants must respect other players and platform staff

06 / Anti-Cheat Policy

The use of aimbots, hacks, mods, scripts, emulators with unfair advantages, or any third-party software that modifies the game or grants unfair performance is strictly prohibited. We deploy automated detection and manual review. Violations lead to immediate suspension, forfeiture of entry fees, and seizure of any pending prizes.

07 / Prohibition of Fake Payments

Screenshots, faked receipts, chargebacks, reversed transactions, or any attempt to participate without a genuine successful payment are treated as fraud. Confirmed fraud results in immediate account termination, legal action where permitted, and a permanent ban from the platform.

08 / Multiple Account Restriction

Each person may hold only one SS ARENA account. Creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple prizes, exploit promotions, or avoid restrictions is prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be identified via device and identity signals and may result in suspension of all related accounts.

09 / Entry Fee Rules

Entry fees are deducted from your SS ARENA wallet before match confirmation. Successfully registered entry fees are generally non-refundable as described in our Refund Policy. Entry fees are used to build that tournament's prize pool.

10 / Prize Distribution

• Prize pools for each tournament are announced before the match begins
• Winners are credited to their wallet shortly after final results are verified
• Manual verification may delay distribution if cheating or suspicion arises
• Withdrawals are processed to EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or other supported wallets

11 / Wallet Usage

Your wallet stores deposits, winnings, and refunds. It is used to pay entry fees; use must be lawful. We reserve the right to hold, reverse, or freeze any wallet balance associated with disputed or fraudulent activity until resolution.

12 / User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep credentials secure and protect against unauthorized use
• Comply with all applicable laws and platform rules
• Report technical issues and match disputes promptly
• Use the platform responsibly and not in ways that harm other users

13 / Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion for violation of these terms, suspected fraud, or conduct that threatens the integrity or security of the platform. Upon termination, we will payout any verified balance less any amounts related to violations or pending disputes.

14 / Intellectual Property

SS ARENA and its trademarks, logos, software, content, and design are owned by SS ARENA or its licensors. All other trademarks, names, logos used on the platform belong to their respective owners, including game publishers such as Garena. You may not copy, modify, or reuse any assets without permission. SS ARENA is not affiliated with Garena or the game and its publishers.

15 / Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SS ARENA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform. Our total aggregate liability in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total entry fees you have paid in the ninety (90) days preceding the claim.

16 / Modification of Services

We may modify, temporarily suspend, or permanently discontinue any part of the platform, including tournaments, entry prices, prize pools, and features, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. We will endeavor to protect pending balances and prizes before such changes.

17 / Governing Law

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
