When you register, we collect your display name, mobile number, e-mail address, and the password you choose to secure your account. We also record your sign-up date and in-game activity used to build your skill rating and tournament history.

  • Performance and stability metrics needed to operate the platform

Payment Information

We store transaction records (amount, date, reference number, payment method) required for entry fees, deposits, and prize withdrawals. Your full card or account credentials are never stored on our servers. Payments and requests are routed to and securely handled by trusted payment processors such as JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and PayFast under their PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.

Tournament Participation Data

  • Matches entered, match scores, kills, placements, and results
  • Prize distribution history and wallet top-up / withdrawal activity
  • Team composition and participation records for Solo, Duo, and Squad modes

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and protect your account from fraudulent activity. Cookies alone cannot identify you personally and do not allow us or any third party to collect information from your device unrelated to the functionality of SS ARENA.

06 / Account Deletion Request

To permanently delete your SS ARENA account, contact us with your registered mobile number using the Contact Us page or by e-mailing ssarenaofficial@gmail.com. We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 business days. Certain records may be retained where legally required, such as for fraud prevention, financial audit, tax, and payment compliance.

07 / Children's Privacy

SS ARENA is intended for users aged 18 and above. Users under 18 may only participate with verifiable parental or guardian consent. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor without consent, we will delete it promptly. Please contact us if you believe this has occurred.
