Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when tournament entry fees can be refunded, how prizes are distributed, and how wallet balances are handled. Please read it carefully before registering for any tournament.

Entry fees are generally non-refundable once your tournament registration is successful and the match has been confirmed. Cancellation of your own participation after registration does not entitle you to a refund.

Refunds are available only in three cases: duplicate payments, failed transactions that were still deducted, and tournaments cancelled by SS ARENA.

01 / When Refunds Are Issued

Duplicate Payments

If you are charged more than once for the same tournament entry, the extra charge will be refunded in full to your original payment method or SS ARENA wallet.

Failed Transactions

If a payment fails on the gateway's side but a deduction was still applied to your account, the deducted amount will be refunded automatically or on request.

Tournaments Cancelled by SS ARENA

If SS ARENA cancels a tournament after you have registered, your full entry fee will be refunded to your wallet. Where a tournament cannot fill its slots, cancellation refunds are handled in the same way.

02 / Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • Voluntary withdrawal from a tournament after successful registration
  • Failure to join the match room before lock-in
  • Disconnection, network issues, or device problems on your side
  • Suspension for violations of our Terms & Conditions, including cheating or fake payments
  • Failure of other registered players to join (no-shows) is not grounds for a refund once the match has started

03 / Prize Distribution Policy

Prize amounts are announced before each tournament. After final results are verified, winning amounts are credited to your SS ARENA wallet. Withdrawals are then processed to EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or another supported method. Prize credit may be delayed for manual review in cases of suspected cheating or technical disputes.

04 / Wallet Balance Handling

Approved refunds are credited to your SS ARENA wallet unless you request otherwise. Wallet balances can be used for future tournament entry fees or withdrawn according to the withdrawal rules. We reserve the right to hold or reverse any balance related to ongoing disputes or confirmed fraud.

05 / Refund Processing Time

  • Wallet credits: processed within 24 hours of approval
  • Gateway reversals (JazzCash / EasyPaisa / PayFast): 5 to 7 business days after approval
  • Processing times depend on the payment provider and may vary

06 / How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team with the following details:

  • Your registered mobile number and display name
  • Tournament name, date, and match reference number
  • Payment gateway reference or transaction ID
  • A short description of the issue (duplicate charge, failed payment, cancelled tournament)

Requests are reviewed within 24 to 48 hours. Providing incomplete information may delay processing.
